International Shipping
Willight (ledheadlightfactory.com) ships worldwide, including North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more.
Our shipping methods include: international express such as DHL, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, FEDEX ETC, air freight, ocean freight, single piece shipping, and shipping to your freight carrier in China.
For each of these shipping methods, we use highly trusted domestic and international carriers to ensure that your package reaches its destination safely and quickly. Since we are a factory direct seller with no middlemen, all orders will be shipped from our factory in China. The exact delivery time is subject to actual communication.
Shipping time
China domestic shipping: about 1-3 working days
International express: about 3-7 working days
International air freight: about 8-15 working days
International sea freight: about 20-30 working days
Due to the challenges posed by pandemics, our carriers sometimes experience shipping delays due to force majeure factors, which may delay your delivery. However, we are always striving to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Fees
If you have a carrier in China and your order is over $1000, we can ship to your logistics carrier for free.
For international shipments, all logistics costs will be borne by you.
Tracking Service
Once we ship your order, your tracking number will be sent via email or other live chat software. You can follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival time of your order.
(Please note that tracking information will only be updated online within 1 business day of your order being shipped.)
Additional Notes
If incorrect information (address, phone number, email) is provided and your shipment cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the second shipment.
We do not offer overnight delivery.

If the product is discontinued or out of stock, we will offer to exchange it for another product. A refund for any overpayment or a replacement for any shortfall. (Clearance items are not eligible for warranty service).
